SCAMS - Spill the Beans.....We a long time now we at Life Spring have received letters and emails asking for help and support. Of course wherever we can we do. However, over the years we have become aware of many people and organisations that are not strictly honourable. This has been heightened by many others reporting their tales of woe to us having had their 'fingers burned'. We have built up a comprehensive list of organisations etc that regularly use post and email to elicit money etc from the unwary. If you have received a request from India and are not sure of its validity, please contact us and we will do what we can to help. If you have had an unfortunate experience then let us know so we can prevent the same happening to others. Our contacts in India have suggested this service as the amount of email and mail being sent from India has risen to an alarming level. Many of the requests are genuine but sometimes not reasoned out. As an example, if a request is received for money to buy a new Church roof, the Church may need a new Church roof but repairs can normally be made locally at a much cheaper rate. Keep us up to date with your experienced both good and bad so we can help others and and make God's work out there be a shinning light in the dark.
