Life Spring Tailoring School

In October 2004 we launched a tailoring School in Andhra Pradesh. This was a necessity as so many women and their families were in need, this school will give them the opportunity to learn new skills that will help support their families.

At the completion of their training (approximately 1 year) Life Spring aims to present each delegate with their own treadle sewing machine. We have found this highly successful in Kerala and trust we can start more schools in the near future.

As well as sewing machines many other things have to be provided, including accommodation.

Materials for practicing with, threads, scissors, marking chalk and many other things. If you think that this is a project that you could help with please please contact us. Every pound you can donate will make a tremendous difference to many lives.
