Mobile Phones (Cell Phones)In this age when a large number of people discard a phone every 12 months, many homes have a surplus of phones hanging around in cupboards and drawers.
If you can get these phones to us in Life Spring we can make good use of them. No, not recycling (as good as that is) - we can use them. As long as we have a charger with the phone we unlock them if necessary, supply an Indian SIM card, we then donate this to one of our Deaf folk so that they can Text (SMS) other people (including us) with news etc. The numbers of Life Spring pastors is increasing, 20 at the moment with more due soon. these pastors are all in remote areas with little or no communications. Most of these areas are now within range of the cell phone masts and your old phones can make a tremendous difference to their ministry. So please don't throw them away either send them to us or contact us and we may be able to collect them. Many thanks
